GBP45,000 + Flexible Working Hours + Hybrid Working + Free Parking THE COMPANY A kids licensed products company based in Manchester. This company supplies high street retailers and supermarkets with licensed home textiles. They are an employee-focused company who promote a positive working environment and culture. Based in Manchester close to public transport links. Flexible hours and hybrid working. THE ROLE As the Business Development Manager reporting into the Sales Director, you will be responsible for establishing new business. You will arrange meetings to pitch to prospective clients on new product offerings. Be the main point of contact for all product samples required to secure new business accounts. Ensure quotes, responses to customer requests, and product sample information is submitted in a relevant and timely manner. Work closely with internal departments including Product Development, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, Accounts, Sourcing and Factories to ensure all customer requirements are being serviced. ABOUT YOU Proven sales success in children s licensed products Experience working with national UK retailers across supermarkets and discounters Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills. THE REWARD You will receive a salary of c.GBP45,000. As a business they offer a lot of flexibility around working hours and offer hybrid working also with 2 days office and 3 days home.
