They deliver a comprehensive range of accredited courses to a wide variety of clientele including, First Aid, Working at Height, Confined Space, Sea Survival, Rope Access, and many more. What we are looking for is an experienced Business Development Manager, with a great ability to build and maintain client relationships. Your Role: Your role will be to manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring that relations with them continue to be strong, reliable, and mutual. While maintaining these client relations, you will also be working to create continued growth. Your responsibilities will include: Maximizing revenue + creating new business opportunities. Devising solution-based proposals for client s requirements, creating growth. Achieving revenue and sales targets. Having an in-depth knowledge of competitors, and the marketplace, so you can present the companies USP s and differentiators effectively. Forecasting revenue growth and ensuring these targets are met. Representing the company at promotional events, conferences, industry functions, and other events across the UK and Internationally. Creating weekly, monthly, and annual business reports. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current health and safety legislation. Experience + Necessary skills: This business is very committed to investing in someone, therefore, this experience is desirable, however, if you can show your competency, It can be worked around. Higher education or proven demonstratable experience in a similar role. Experience in sales and Business Development. Proven account and sales-based pipeline build/management Demonstratable experience in winning new business from new + existing accounts. Proven track record of sales management and delivery Development of commercial learning solutions. Ability to use IT systems e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Spider, and salesforce.
