What Will You Do
Creating, dealing with, and following up on new and existing leads. Ensuring the customer database is updated on a daily basis. Building strong relationships with customers, recommending and demonstrating correct products for their needs. Promoting the park and the local area through local marketing initiatives to generate leads. Preparing and maintaining high standards with all show homes and on-site marketing. Working as part of a park team you will be focused on consistently delivering a five star service. Completing sales paperwork, ensuring the sales operation is operating to the standards set out by the site licence and the business
What Will You Bring
To have a friendly and outgoing personality and a with a can-do attitude. Demonstrate high levels of integrity and credibility at all times. Be ultra-reliable and be a fantastic team player that can operate in a fast thinking environment. To have excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with all customers. Good telesales skills. Possess very good planning and organisational skills. A high skill level in administration, diary management and the ability to follow up within agreed time frames. Good computer knowledge in Email, Word and Exel is essential Driving licence required
