The Role: Junior Sales Executive (Meeting Room Sales) This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team with a successful nationwide business services provider, who are experiencing a superb period of growth. We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive who can manage inbound enquiries for meeting room space, process associated administration, and develop business opportunities. Logging all meeting/conference room sales leads and enquiries on to the system Research potential business leads to identify prospective clients Make outbound calls to potential clients to gauge interest in hiring meeting rooms Following up requests for information by calling leads and discussing what options are available and relevant prices, ensuring all information given is up to date and correct Liaise closely with on-site staff to determine what facilities and services are available to clients in each centre, keeping up to date with any new products or services available Arrange meeting room viewings, by liaising with managers at individual meeting room locations. Confirming meeting room viewing reservations, send booking confirmations Liaise with meeting room brokers and accept or decline their leads Keeping up to date with knowledge about meeting rooms at all relevant locations, including facilities, size, IT equipment available, catering options etc. Researching potential companies who may wish to hire meeting rooms, and passing leads to the sales team Chase outstanding payments Provide and present meeting room hire statistics if/when required Some administration and business support, including covering Reception during lunch or busy periods. What experience do you need to be our Junior Sales Executive (Meeting Room Sales) Minimum 1 year administration and/or sales experience Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident and professional communication Confident making outbound calls to prospective clients Able to listen to requirements and give consultative advice Computer literate, willing and able to quickly learn new systems Experience in conversing with people from a range of backgrounds and at various business levels from PA to CEO.
