Job Description Job Title: Sales Executive Job Type: Full-time Location: Guildford Job Description: We are seeking a highly motived and enthusiastic Sales Broker in and around the Guildford area to execute high level sales transactions. The primary responsibility will be the generate new business, building new and existing relationships with customers and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking Generate leads and make warm calls to potential customers Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and growth Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity Requirements: Must be highly ambitious Previous sales experience is a plus Strong desire to be the top performer Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Highly motivated, with a strong desire to succeed Results-driven and goal-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software We are offering a basic salary between GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 per annum with an uncapped commission structure with on target earnings to be in the range of GBP60,000 - GBP80,000 in your first year.
