National Key Account Manager - Facial Aesthetics Our client is a unique, global healthcare company who is focused on developing, manufacturing and commercializing innovative branded pharmaceuticals, high-quality generic and over-the-counter medicines and biologic products for patients around the world. They are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their Facial Aesthetics team, where you will provide overall account leadership, coaching and strategic engagement to the assigned cross-functional account team members as needed.In this capacity, the KAM will bear full responsibility for building a strategic account plan that maximises commercial value within the strategic partnership for their assigned accounts, as well as organizing and deploying the appropriate resources to drive value co-creation with customers and meet/exceed revenue targets. Accordingly, the KAM will facilitate and lead coaching and strategy sessions to identify and facilitate value co-creation, ongoing team alignment and account growth. The KAM will function as the central focal point for communication and collaboration regarding account planning, strategy, resource allocation, customer engagement and account growth.Your suitability will be defined by your sales & marketing experience with a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the pharmaceutical/aesthetics or medical devices industry.You will be an excellent communicator, developing and maintaining internal and external relationships with excellent planning and organisation to be able to effectively develop and implement operational plans and run large scale events in collaboration with other colleagues.
