GBP50,000 + Flexible Working Hours + Hybrid Working + Free Parking THE COMPANY A home textile manufacturer based in Manchester. This company supplies high street retailers and supermarkets. They are an employee-focused company who promote a positive working environment and culture. Based in Manchester close to public transport links. Flexible hours and hybrid working. THE ROLE As the National Account Manager reporting into the Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing key relationships and establishing new business. Focused on growing volume, value and margin to achieve budgeted sales and margin targets. Be the main point of contact for these customers and continue develop and maintain long-term relationships with them. Continually looking for ways to improve margin and increase profitability within your accounts. Working closely with internal departments including Product Development, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, Accounts, Sourcing and Factories to ensure all customer requirements are being serviced. ABOUT YOU Proven sales success in the Home Textiles industry Experience working with national UK retailers across supermarkets and discounters Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills. THE REWARD You will receive a salary of c.GBP50,000. As a business they offer a lot of flexibility around working hours and offer hybrid working also with 2 days office and 3 days home.
