Our people-focused HR Team are looking for a HR Administrator to support the team with all aspects of the HR responsibilities.
There is no such thing as a typical day at Birtwistle's, which makes it all the more fun.
The main focus of your role will include supporting the absence management process by ensuring compliance of return-to-work interviews, preparing information for absence reviews, and supporting the organisation and delivery of disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings. You will also be required to support recruitment, including placing adverts, creating offer letters, new-starter reviews and arranging and conducting interviews.
A key part of this HR Administrator role will be to support all HR strategies, systems, and initiatives and to support on all employee relations issues whilst ensuring legal compliance.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00, with additional flexibility where required
