HR Administrator Warwickshire - hybrid working Part time - up to 20hrs/week GBP25,000 FTE FTC up to 15 months The LHH HR Recruitment team are looking an experienced HR Administrator, to join a leading business based in Warwickshire. The role: New starter (contracts and offer letters), leaver paperwork, Exit interviews RTW checks Internal changes to T&C letters Long Service Awards communications, Probation process, employers liabilit, Referencing Training admin support HR system maintenance What are we looking for? Established HR Administrator or potentially would consider an experienced Administrator looking to move into HR Excellent communication and follow up skills. Team player -with a can-do attitude. Ability to multi-task and remain detail-oriented with sound time management and organisational skills Strong stakeholder management skills Solid communication skills and able to act and escalate when necessary Strong Microsoft office skills including outlook, word and excel HR Administrator Warwickshire - hybrid working Part time - up to 20hrs/week GBP25,000 FTE FTC up to 15 months
