The Role:
Support the partners with recruitment and development of employeesTake responsibility for the day to day and sales management of the teamMonitor key regulatory processes and controls including audit reporting, training and competenceReport to the partners in all areas, such as performanceManage and promote the positive culture within the officeEnsure business objectives are metThe Candidate:
