Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm (with flexibility)
Location: St James, London
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 Gross Per Year

A global construction and real estate company have a new split position for an experienced Private PA / Office Manager for their newly fitted out office in St James.
The Founder and CEO of the company visits the London office four times a year and during these times, he requires a well connected Private PA to organise his personal affairs from detailed private travel, reservations, sourcing sold out tickets and personal shopping etc. You will work closely with his EA to ensure that when he is in the UK, his every need is covered.
The remainder of the role will be Office Management from welcoming guests at C Suite level, arranging the Christmas party, facilities/property maintenance to managing the cleaners and ensuring even the plants are cared.
This role requires a Private PA who has Concierge level experience to assist at the very highest level of expectation but also be happy to roll up their sleeves and carry out the less glamorous tasks that are nonetheless as equally as important.
There is the possibility to work from home one day per week and you must be happy to travel occasionally to the Middle East for training and annual company meetings.

In order to be considered for this role you must;
Be eligible to work within the UK
Possess (or be willing to get) an up to date DBS check
Have 5+ years’ experience working for an UHNW in a private role with experience in an office management
Have a valid passport
Have excellent contactable references
