Job Title : Office / Accounts Manager
Area : Sutton ( hybrid )
Salary : Circa £28K - 35K
Hours : 32 hours p.w. flexibility will be considered

Overall responsibilities of the Accounts / office Manager:
General management administration, attending meetings with clients and potential new clients, Answering the telephone, dealing with occasional Client visits, production of various documentation, filing, etc.
Assisting the Senior Accountant with Monthly management account packs
Posting of journals into JDE including payroll, fixed assets, prepayments, pany, accruals, etc
Reconcile bank accounts and maintaining Cashbooks & Sales/purchase Ledgers.
Joint management of the Business Manager's mailbox
Respond to client requests including quotations Knowledge of Xero Accounting (training can be provided if required)
Ideal Candidate Profile for the Accounts / office Manager:
Have good organisational skills
Demonstrate a good track record and experience in all aspects of administration and book-keeping
Have a flexible and positive approach to the pressure and challenges of a busy office
Good at multitasking and quick learning. Good puters and great analytical understanding.
Great attention to detail with excellent MS-Office skills.
Basic invoicing or bookkeeping experience would be advantageous.
Previous Office Admin experience with previous database management/data entry experience preferred.
Excellent written and munication skills.
Languages:
• Tamil ( optional but preferred)
• Great English written and verbal skills

* A knowledge of Microsoft Office (specially Excel would be an advantage)
