Job Title: Customer Account Manager / Sales Administrator Export Location: Nantgarw Salary: GBP23,580-GBP26182 Hours of work: Monday-Friday Between 7.30am-6pm 38 hours per week. Access to wellbeing benefits Company bonus scheme Role Purpose As a Customer Account Manager, you will be ensuring excellent customer service is provided to customers, both internal and external. Making sure all customer orders are delivered correctly and within agreed timescale liaising with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, providing admin support with export documentation. Role responsibilities Liaising with the Business Development Managers and clients in a professional manner to resolve queries relating to: - retail prices, product options, lead-times, order status enquiries, and order amendments. Processing orders accurately and liaising with the planning department to agree production slots and lead times. Processing documentation to a high standard of specification to ensure no issues with transporting products. Working with the Product team and raising the relevant orders for fabric testing Reviewing and processing all order amendment requests, and assessing implications to the order delivery life cycle Ensuring key stakeholders are made aware of changes in a timely manner. Arranging deliveries with clients Keeping the relevant Sales personnel updated with any significant client issues. Working with the Sales personnel to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and no errors are made. Providing admin support to the team related to export documentation. Ideal Skills and experience Knowledge of export documentation and processes Previous experience in export Ability to demonstrate experience of delivering a solutions-based service to customers. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport. Ability to work calmly under pressure. Good organisational and administrative skills Excellent communication skills oral and written, coupled with an excellent telephone manner.
