The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for helping implement, report and evaluate lead generation campaigns across all business areas with specific responsibility for developing, managing and evaluating email activity.
Working with the Marketing and Research Analyst, the Marketing Assistant will help define, build and report on, campaign specific data lists for targeted campaigns across all Whistl group services.Designing, sending, and reporting on, email campaigns for all relevant Whistl products and servicesSupporting on pay per click digital channel strategies.Updating website content across the group websites through the content management systems with guidance from Marketing Manager (Lead Generation).Writing new website content optimised for organic search to help support Marketing Manager (SEO and Content)Assisting with campaign set up tasks working with the marketing manager to ensure all activity is trackable.Work with Marketing Manager (Lead Generation) and key sales teams on relevant cross sell lead generation strategies with help on content from Marketing Assistant (Sales Engagement and Visual Content).Maintaining marketing lists on CRM for sales follow up and tracking progress via the relevant sales teams.Generating new lead generation marketing ideas across multiple channelsPreparing and presenting key marketing reports to the Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, and Director of Marketing and Communications including relevant results and recommendations.
