Sales and Marketing Assistant
Salary: Up to £21,673 (pro rata £17,338)
Hours: 32 hours per week over 4 days a week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, additional day to be confirmed to suit (8:30am – 5pm)
Holiday: 23 days (pro rata) (increases with length of service)
Location: 9A Riparian Way, Cross Hills, Keighley BD20 7BW

We are now looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join the team
The Job
Monitoring sales progression, including reviewing reservations to include legal chasing alongside Sales Advisors. Reporting any issues to the Sales Manager to ensure accurate and complete information
Booking in valuations and meeting surveyors on-site as required.
Ensuring all notes on our systems are clear and concise and portray the latest information on each sale.
Monitoring visitor numbers at our developments and reporting to the sales manager and director.
Initial review of customers’ choices, i.e. kitchens/tiling etc., before discussing with the Sales Manager and distributing to Site Managers, including checking for stock levels/discontinuations and accuracy.
Regularly checking the website for accuracy to assist the Marketing Manager.
Ensuring our selection areas contain the latest products and are displayed well
Conducting selection appointments with customers as and when required
Checking all plans against construction specifications before release with the team.
Checking all sales documentation remains up to date and amends where required.
Being the main point of contact for all upcoming sites so that leads are managed effectively and engaged. Ensuring you know the site plans and homes we are selling, so you can confidently talk to customers about what is coming up.
Assisting the Marketing Manager in taking progression photos on-site to use for our portfolio and to be able to properly vet the photos/information that goes out to customers.
Assisting the Sales Advisor on the handover of properties during busy months/holidays/sicknesses.
Creating and editing emails for steps in the customer journey
Associated admin duties.
