Ecommerce Assistant (full-time) Online outdoor clothing company, ArdMoor, is looking for a full-time ecommerce assistant for a fast paced role.
THE ROLE:
As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for assisting our department heads achieve their objectives all of which will ensure the continued growth of the business. You would therefore be involved with every aspect of a fast growing and developing Ecommerce business including:-
Sales & Marketing:- Assisting our Web Trading Manager ensure our website is optimised with product showing in all the right places, with functionality working well to give our customers an easy means of purchasing that product and with that product’s description and images being accurate ensuring that our customer’s buy accurately to keep our returns rate down.
Sales Support:- Assisting our Sales Support Manager deal with both our suppliers and our customers both pre and post purchase giving exemplary customer service ensuring our customers return to us to re-purchase.
Operations:- Assisting our Operations Manager ensure that the right product goes in the right box with the right label on it having been stored in the right condition in the right location in our warehouse so that product arrives with our customer and at least matches their expectations.
This role would suit someone starting their career and who is looking to experience all facets of a growing business and develop their skills as they grow with and into the role.
You will need to be keen and enthusiastic, process driven, willing to adapt and happy to thrive in a varied day. You will need to be highly efficient with great organisational skills and be looking for an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing ecommerce business in an exciting area. There is significant potential for this role to grow and develop as the business grows and your skill set develops.
