Assistant Manager Salary up to GBP27,000 + BONUS Keswick
Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager for a fantastic retail store in Keswick. You will be supporting your store manager in creating an exceptional environment for customers e in and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service daily. You will be supporting the store manager in managing and controlling budgets and driving sales to ensure that the high levels of performance are achieved, as well as maintaining a store with mercial standards.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead the team in store Drive performance and retail sales through the teamCreate an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers and the munityWork along side your team to grow your retail store through driving sales and delivering excellent customer serviceCreate visual displays that capture the customer eyeManaging the stores KPI performanceDevelopment of the team inshore to maximise their potential Experience and background:
Retail experience as either Supervisor, deputy or assistant manager levelWorking within a fashion or accessory environmentCurrently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store munication skillsHas a track record of driving sales and performanceExperience with visual merchandising We are looking for a passionate manager to join this exciting brand as they continue to grow.
