Export Sales Administrator Innovative Manufacturing Business Bootle GBP25 – 26k DOE Immediate Start Your new companyOur client has been established for nearly 50 years; they are known for their innovative recycled manufacturing products and work with a range of sectors including Utilities, Building and Landscaping and Packaging. A role has become available to work in their Sales & Customer Services team; although a small team of around 4 people, this role provides vital support to the wider business and is responsible for the sales and export documentation for the business.Your new roleWithin this role you will get full training from the existing Sales / Export Coordinator. Key duties will be to develop relationships with customers to maximise satisfaction levels, utilise and maintain the CRM system for customer knowledge, organise sample requests, raise orders for production and complete export documentation. This role will be a busy and fast paced role and duties may differ on a daily basis.What you'll need to succeedIt is vital that the successful candidate has previous order processing / customer services experience within a similar industry. Knowledge of export documentation is beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.
