Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Salary up to £28,000 per annum + benefits

Starna Scientific is a world leading manufacturer and supplier of analytical accessories for scientific equipment for chemical analysis. With a very diverse product range and customer base it is an extremely stable company with a very strong reputation within the industry.
An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a motivated Sales Administrator to join our team based in Ilford, London. This is a fast-paced and varied administrative role where you would be managing customer inquiries, providing stock updates, organising product quotations, and providing ongoing customer support with orders. You will also prepare products and their documentation for shipping and export.
Key responsibilities:
Manage customer accounts and queries
Manage inventory and stock requirements
Documentation for shipping and export
Communications with customers, including quotations
Resolve customer orders in a timely, professional manner
Input sales orders onto the in-house computer system
Liaise with the production department re customer orders
Ensure payment is received for goods in accordance with invoice terms
Ensure sales files are always up to date
Our ideal Sales Administrator:
Proven experience in an administration role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
Strong attention to detail
Work effectively as part of a supportive network
Proactive and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes
Adaptable to meet the needs of the business
Experience in exports and/or sales admin is preferred
