Executive Assistant (12 month fixed term contract)

Our client based in Central Cambridge are looking for an organised and experienced Executive Assistant to join them on a full–time basis to cover maternity leave for a period of 12 months.
Typical duties include:
Providing an efficient administrative support to a team of talented engineersExtensive diary managementOrganising complex travel and accommodation, within the UK and internationallyProcessing expenses Booking and attending meetings and minute takingOrganising tradeshows and eventsPreparing PowerPoint presentations The successful candidate:
Strong administration experienceFantastic communications skillsHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailExcellent IT skills and proficient with Microsoft Office productsAble to work independently and as part of a team Experience of dealing with highly confidential matters would be desirable
