Role: Business and Private PA
Location: Notting Hill, London
Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm (with flexibility)
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 gross per year
We are recruiting a PA to support the CEO and Founder of a well-established and prestigious event design company located in Notting Hill.
This is a split Business and Private role allowing you to get involved in all facets of the company and the CEO’s life across events and projects, liaising with their exceptional clients acting as a brand ambassador, being a support to the office and assisting with her private affairs from travel bookings, property management, appointments/reservations, and errands etc.
You’ll need to work at a very fast pace and be available to attend some events when required so an events background would be highly beneficial. You’ll need to have a hands on approach with a creative flair for problem solving!
To be considered for this role you must have: -
Be eligible to work within the UK
Have 5 years of experience in a similar position
Possess (or be willing to get) an up to date DBS check
Have a valid passport
Have excellent contactable references
Be degree educated
