Executive Personal Assistant, EA/PA

Our client is looking for a competent and efficient Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (PA) to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to Senior Management/Senior Executives, managing their schedules, and ensuring that their day-to-day activities run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Managing Senior Management's diaries, arranging appointments, and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
Responding to emails and managing correspondence on behalf of senior management.
Organising travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transport.
Coordinating meetings, taking minutes and following up on action points.
Liaising with clients, suppliers and/or other stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Discretion and trustworthiness.
