A fantastic NEW opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join a well established company based in Bristol.If you are looking for a varied administrative position with fantastic career opportunities this could be the perfect role for you. Main duties will include: To provide accurate, timeous information to Directors and Senior Managers and maintain accurate records. To provide administrative support in finance, HR, and Health and Safety as well as general administrative duties. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for the distribution of required documents including sales correspondence to customers and suppliers The Administration Assistant will be responsible for the preparation and management of all correspondence including documents and reports. The Administration Assistant will be involved with the recruitment process, ie liaising with recruitment agencies. As the Administration Assistant you will be dealing with confidential and sensitive information. Skills and Qualifications: Previous administration experience. Experience of working in a team as well as working on your own initiative. Be a proactive team member with excellent attention to detail. Working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office/ Microsoft365 and ideally an ERP system. Working Hours: 8.30am 5pm Mon to Thurs, 8.30am 4.30pm on Friday My clients is offering a fantastic salary 23k-25k depending on experience along with a great benefits package which includes, free parking,health cash plan including 24/7 access to health/stress related helplines, virtual online GP services, cash back allowances on dental,opticians bills and a wide range of discounts.
