Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is currently recruiting for aStore Manager for a food retailer who have ambitious plans to continue growing. The retailer is expanding, opening new stores and driving forward all the time, because of this we are recruiting a great Store Manager to develop store standards and progress quickly in the business.
Experience of working in a fast-paced retail environment is essential, having food retail; convenience retail, supermarket or relatable background would be an advantage. We are open to speaking to candidates who want to reach the next level in their career and will consider applications from Assistant Managers, Deputy Managers or Customer Trading Managers who are ready to e a Store Manager.
To be our clients new Store Manager, you will be a hands-on, shop floor based, commercial and a result driven retail manager who has a passion for coaching and developing teams, combined with a passion for delivering world class customer service!
You will need your own transport to travel to our clients' stores, in addition we want a proven retailer who can support other stores across the area when required so a flexible approach is a must.
As an Store Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:
Driving customer service standards in your store.Increase sales in store and ensuring site profitability.Training, coaching and developing your pany and brand standards are maintained as well as adhering to H&S guidelines. Achieving store pany KPI's.Profit protection and stock managementKeeping up with current trends, petitor analysis. Our client's Store Manager role is the ideal next challenge for someone with experience of managing large team and driving results in fast paced stores.
In reward for your hard work, you will receive a basic salary circa GBP28,000 (potential for flex) plus bonuses, which is reviewed throughout your career. A realistic earning potential of over GBP34k is there for you to achieve with hard work and success. Please note, due to various store locations and working hours you will need your own transport. This is essential.
