Store Manager - Costa Coffee Kilburn - London - Immediate Start - Full Time

We are one of the largest Costa Coffee franchise companies in the UK. We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to join one of our popular stores in Kilburn, London.
You should have management experience in a coffee shop/restaurant environment. Also, you should have great people skills, enjoying working in a team and serving great coffee to our loyal customers.
We will provide full training on the job.
The duties include-
- Recruiting, training and developing your team
- Staff rotas
-working towards sales and other KPI targets
-Passing Costa Check audits
-passion for great customer service
-be able to work in a busy and fast paced environment
