Senior Recruitment Consultant LP - Merseyside

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage and grow a successful temp desk. To develop a perm desk and progress within the business. We are looking for somebody who can demonstrate the following:
Proven success in a previous recruitment roleExcellent written and spoken communication skillsA drive to succeedOn site check insMeeting and exceeding sales targetsWorking and managing your pipelineDevelops and maintains long-term relationships with both clients and candidatesAble to plan and prioritise workloadBusiness development to win new clientsManagement and development of existing accounts temp and permAdvertising jobs via job boards, social media, and our websiteMatching suitable CVs to live rolesPre-screening candidates prior to submitting to clientsMaintaining relationships with new candidates and the existing temporary workforceIdentifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients What we've got to offer
