Senior Recruitment Consultant role: Provide expert, specialist advice to candidates. Working towards and exceeding KPI s Consistently hitting GP Targets Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process. Consistently develop market intelligence Working with the leadership team on initiatives and projects Lead generation and gathering Market Intelligence Writing and posting job adverts And many other tasks Starting Salary - GBP30,000 - GBP60kOTE & Uncapped commission up to 40% You: Proven experience / track record of success and can demonstrate how you have grown your current business Technology or Engineering recruitment experience is preferable. Have great organisational skills and enjoy a sense of challenge. Exceptional leadership skills working cohesively and managing a large team. Lead by example and have a desire to carry out training sessions for Junior Consultants Ability to maintain a high service of care to Candidates and Clients alike.
