Seeking Temporary EA to Support the Board of a Leading Property

An industry–leading Real Estate Investment Firm is looking to hire an EA to support the company's secretary. The employer is looking for someone to start as soon as possible, ideally on 13/03/2023. There will be an initial 3–6 month period where this assignment is temporary, after which the employer will likely make this position permanent. The company is offering GBP25–GBP30 per hour and hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Please note, you must be available for occasional travels to Europe, around once every 2 months depending on business needs. Working hours are 9:00–17:00.
Responsibilities of this role include: coordinating of board meeting (consisting of around 35 employees), travel arrangements, providing some ad hoc support to the Chair and Head of Legal, diary management, drafting emails and documents and providing administrative support to Board Members.
Applicants must: have prior experience supporting a large Board, be a proactive worker who is always keen to demonstrate initiative, be highly organised and able to remain calm and composed when under pressure or working to tight deadlines.
