High growth Mayfair Hedge Fund is looking for a dynamic EA to support a senior principal. Exciting time to join this hedge fund that has been on an accelerated growth trajectory and are looking for a dynamic assistant to support a senior principal. This role is office based there maybe an element of hybrid working.Key accountabilities within this Executive Assistant position include: Extensive diary management across multiple time zones Organising board meetings Organising complex travel In box management Managing, monitoring and drafting emails and correspondence Research Event coordination Liaising with his family office to make sure there is synchronicity across his business and private schedule Great working environment and culture!Ideally candidates should be degree educated and used to operating at pace, the principal is very cognizant of culture and would be hugely inspiring to work for.
