Residential Lettings Manager

Are you an experienced Residential Lettings Manager? Do you want to work for a professional company that really appreciates their staff? If yes, then Simple Recruitment would love to speak with you! What will you be doing? Set up and manage all contractors instructed to complete works. Manage all quotations and final invoices ready for payment. Management end of tenancy procedures and liaise with landlord to finalise end of tenancy. Promote and upsell additional services to new and existing landlords. Carry out quarterly property visits for managed properties and report back to landlord. Advise and complete legal notices to bring a tenancy to an end as and when required. Manage date critical legal requirements such as HMO licences, Risk assessments and Safety Certificates. Manage all reported maintenance issue through to conclusion and communicating to tenant and landlord regarding maintenance. What will you get? Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to prioritise and manage your diary Strong IT skills Ability to deal with people at all levels Lettings industry experience or property management experience Full driving Licence and own Car Other bits you need to know Salary: GBP25,000 to GBP28,000 (dependant on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm
