Property Manager - to be responsible for all aspects of management of residential properties.

We are looking for a Property Manager to assist in the running of our business. Your role will be varied and include all aspects of property management; Answering the phone and discussing needs of new clients and negotiating contracts with the Landlords and preparing these. Building lasting and good relationships with Landlords. Inspecting and marketing properties, showing tenants around and preparing leases etc. Managing property maintenance and any other issues that may arise on a day to day basis.
This position requires a person with strong communication skills and professionalism, preferably with previous property management experience.
We would be looking for someone to work Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday but there may be some flexibility for the right candidate.
