This is a fantastic, rare, Mid-century Dümler & Breiden donut Fat Lava Lamp base.
It dates back to 1965 and would originally have been wired up as a floor lamp with a tall shade. There is no reason why it couldn't be re wired and used as a lamp again.
It originates from West Germany and stands a massive 50cm tall! Other measurements are 32cm wide,26cm deep.
Everything about it is very much of the time and now, with home owners looking for bright, cheerful and bold pieces this lamp is very on trend.
