1960s Writing Bureau Desk by Elliots of Newbury EON Vintage Mid Century Design

Original 1960s teak writing bureau, made by well known mid century British manufacturer Elliots of Newbury, who at the time were marketed as EON.
Elliots of Newbury were founded in the 1870s and were more well known for making aircraft, but after WW2 started producing furniture, this being one of their more famous designs.
The piece has seen better days, and has some damage as shown in the pictures. This is reflected in the price.
