Lettings Valuer

An extremely successful, independent Estate Agent in South Liverpool is currently seeking a professional Lettings Valuer to join the company.
Due to continued success, they are looking for someone dynamic and enthusiastic who is eager to take on the responsibility of developing and growing the Lettings department.
This role has huge potential for the successful candidate who will be responsible for carrying out valuations, conducting viewings, liaising with landlords/tenants throughout the process, moving in/out tenants, registering deposits all whilst ensuring compliance procedures are followed to the highest possible standard. You will ideally have your ARLA qualifications.
Basic salary GBP26,000 – GBP28,000 and a generous bonus/commission scheme.
Working days will be Monday – Friday plus every other Saturday.
