Lettings Negotiator Wembley
Basic salary GBP20,000 – GBP24,000 + Commission plus car allowance
Our client, a hugely successful independent covering most of London. They put people first and want negotiators who share their ethos. They have followed this for over 60 years, and it ensures their clients just keep coming back time and time again They are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who would love to become part of a great team and work for a company where staff retention is high!
Your experience in the industry will tell you that most days you will be:
Conducting viewings and letting propertiesManaging and maintaining an accurate applicant databaseProviding applicants and landlord with regular feedbackBeing proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business. About You:
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills.A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approachA strong customer focus.Desire to meet and exceed targets.Self–motivation with a can do attitude.High accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work on your own as well as in a team.Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skillsFull UK driving licence.
