What we’re looking for
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our Sales and Lettings team. We offer a modern office setting, a lively atmosphere, on-the-job training and growth opportunities which makes our company a fantastic place to work.
Previous estate agency experience is not essential as we provide tailored training specifically for the current property market. What you’ll be doing
As an Estate Agent, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, provide exceptional client service, identify client requirements, match them to our property portfolio, and have a polite and confident telephone manner to communicate details effectively. You will manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointments and activity levels, complete all relevant training courses, and continuously improve your knowledge and performance.
What we offer
We offer uncapped OTE opportunities ranging from £25,000 to £40,000 which includes bonus incentives and the opportunity to gain promotion within the first 12 months. We require our Sales and Lettings Negotiator to have good organisational skills, possess a full UK manual driving license and have the legal right to work in the UK.
