Lettings Maintenance Manager

X1 Manchester is a rapidly growing lettings agency looking to hire the right person to join our lively award winning team.
The office is based in Salford Quays situated in the thriving Media City area.
X1 are looking for candidates who are looking to start or progress their current career into the property industry.
The role - receiving maintenance reports from tenants, co-ordinating repair works, liaising with tenants and landlords, overseeing paperwork, payments, record keeping - making sure our tenants are happy in their homes!
The right candidate will be given full training via the in house X1 Lettings training course, as well as attending external courses.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, highly organised (essential), well presented, passionate and have good people skills.
X1 is a fast growing business with offices in Liverpool, Manchester, Kent and Leeds.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5pm
