Full Time, Temporary 6-month Contract
Salary dependent on experience

The Role
Due to project work across the business, we have an opportunity for temporary HR Shared Services Administrator to join the HR Shared Services team for a fixed period of 6 months.
The successful candidate will be:
highly motivated with a “can do” attitude
passionate about delivering outstanding service
able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
There is the availability to work from home, but must be able to attend the Rochdale site regularly to collect post etc. and for training and attending team meetings.
Responsibilities
Uploading employee files to new HR Information System
Monitoring incoming correspondence
Producing accurate and quality documentation
Maintaining employee records
Qualifications / Experience Critical for the job Holder
GCSE English grade 4 (C) or above
Knowledge of GDPR legislation
Excellent Microsoft applications skills
Strong communication skills
SAP/SuccessFactors experience desirable but not essential
Experience of working at pace and to strict deadlines
