I am looking for a German Speaking Sales Order Administrator to join a globally operating business in Salford.
This is a varied and fulfilling role that will be ideal for somebody from an administrative background who is keen to use their German speaking abilities to support my clients UK and German offices. (Some travel to the German office may be required initially for training)
Job Description:
Sales order processing (acceptance and entry of orders)Providing an excellent level of customer service and conducting annual service reviewsBilling and invoicing for sales ordersProcessing of delivery notesManagement of all freight queriesPreparation of freight and shipping documentationPreparation of order confirmations, order cards and work ordersPrinting and preparation of labels and operating instructionsPurchasing of raw materials as per instructions from the Production TeamHandling of sea and freight bookings and costingsProcessing of export transactionsPreparation of customs documentationMasta data maintenanceDispatch of ordersVerification of invoicesRecording and entering of incoming goods to the management systemWarehouse management Requirements:
Fluent written and verbal German language skillsPrevious experience in a similar Sales order processing position – Experience of freight and import/ export processes is highly advantageous although not essentialThe ability to work to strict time deadlinesExcellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneouslyExcellent IT, Excel and computerized systems skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsThe ability to work as part of a friendly and collaborative teamA positive and proactive mentalityThis is an office based role and so applicants will need to be happy to work from the office in Salford Mon – FriSome travel to the German office may be required occasionally If you have fluent German language skills and are interested in the above vacancy, I am very keen to speak with you.
