Customer Service, Fluent German, Sunbury on Thames, Free parking, Products, Technology - 12 month contract Your new companyA great opportunity for a German and English Speaking Customer Service Specialist has open in Sunbury on Thames working for an technology solutions business for a 12 month fixed term contract with hybrid working and free parking available.Your new roleYou will manage the Customer Service database ensuring that a 24-hour response is achieved. You will Handle Live Chats requests and provide support to customers contacting us via our Social Media platforms in a timely and efficient manner. You will provide regular and timely updates to customers about their pending cases while checking the status of the delivery. You will also provide first level technical support. You will deal with special product requests from Technical Support and cooperate with Warehouse, UK and Worldwide Planning to arrange the correct product specifications.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to speak Fluent German and English speaking You will have previous customer service/contact centre experience. You will have clear, concise, and confident communication skills in both written and verbal. You will pay great attention to detail. The candidate should have the ability to co-ordinate and resolve a variety of customer concerns/queries. Ability to prioritise their own workload, be able to co-operate with others in a close team environment, be numerate and be able to use independent judgment. The candidate should have a high level of written English to respond to emails and Chat enquiries in a highly professional manner.What you'll get in returnGBP26,300 per annum plus a bonus. You will work 38.5 hours per week (Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break and Friday 8am-3pm with 30 minutes lunch). This is a hybrid role working at least 2 days in the office per week, every Tuesday is worked in office. Free parking. Reimbursed travel fees - 75% of the monthly ticket or GBP120 per month for travel. Free tea/coffee and subsidised vending - subsidised lunches (50%), currently three times per week. Training and development provided.
