Corporate Sales Executive - West Midlands

We are seeking candidates that have a strong desire to progress through the ranks, working closely with the Head of Sales and on–site teams to be a recognised brand ambassador. You will develop and deliver sales opportunities by tapping into the local markets for potential revenue, based in Birmingham but working remotely across the brand.
Job title: Sales Executive
Salary: GBP24,000 – GBP26,000 (Based on experience)
Bonus: Annually performance based bonus
Office hours: Monday to Friday (full time with flexible working hours)
Hybrid working model: 3 days remote, 2 days office based.
THE ROLE:
• In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing revenue–driving opportunities while utilising both proactive and reactive strategies to capture local opportunities.• As a successful Sales executive you will be a confident cold caller and have the creative mindset needed to think outside the box and drive footfall for the company.• You will be responsible for increasing corporate and large group bookings, as well as full venue hires.• Carry out consumer research in various locations, reporting and acting on your findings on a monthly basis.
THE CANDIDATE:• We are looking for a results–driven, organised individual with an impeccable attention to detail.• You will bring an entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and drive to succeed.• Self–motivation and confidence to work independently and as part of a team.• Excellent communication skills to be a lasting relationship builder, both verbally and in writing.
