Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with an international membership organisation to recruit for a Content Producer on a permanent basis to develop and produce Conferences, Events and Webinars in either the London, Birmingham or Edinburgh office.
Job title: Content Producer
Location: London, Birmingham or Edinburgh
Salary: GBP30,000-35,000
Start date: March/April 2023
Office policy: 2 - 3 days a week in the office
The Role:
In this role you will be responsible for developing events such as webinars and conferences for members of the organisation. You will research, develop and produce within a select area of the organisation. In this role you will need to maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders and teams as well as members to ensure that the delivered events are suitable and compelling for members. You will need to be a strong copy writer, relationship builder with a commercial and creative acumen.
Key Requirements:
Ensure you are conducting detailed market research to ensure topics of events are in line with the members wants and needsDevelop the content with stakeholders to ensure the content is accurateMaintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProduce compelling and accurate webinars and conferences for members that will engage and attract attendanceProduce product briefsWork with wider teams in the business effectively and frequentlyBook professional speakers to attend and speak at eventsEnsure products are delivered in line with business guidelinesWork to strict deadlines Candidate Criteria:
Experience of producing content for a commercially driven products - ideally events and conferencesExperience with commercial conference production skills - research, topic generation, speaker acquisitionConfident in working with a variety of stakeholders in a professional mannerAble to work well with various teams and stakeholders in the businessAble to work well to deadlinesGood research and analytic skillsCommercial acumenStrong content creation skillsAble to work well with many projects - organised Please apply for more information
