We are a B2B events company with a growing portfolio of boutique tech based Summits. Our intimate discussion led events bring senior leaders together to find real-world answers to the critical challenges presented by rapid transformation.
As we look to significantly increase the number of our annual Summits we are now looking for a full time conference producer to join the team!
This brand-new in-house role is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to really get stuck in and make it their own. Responsibilities
Analyse the industry – phone and desk research to identify current industry trends and growth areas
Write strategic, commercially viable, high-calibre Summit programmes
Identify and engage key leaders in the sector and confirm as speakers
Create and run advisory board for each Summit
Create event briefs for marketing and sales
Work closely with marketing to develop compelling website and email content
Work with speakers to raise the profile of the event
Manage speakers on-site and assist with delivery of the Summits – including live social media coverage
Produce post-event analysis
Research topics and assist with the development of new Summit ideas
About you
1+ year's experience
Meticulous attention to detail
Fantastic communication skills – written and verbal
Commercially minded and able to get to the core of any industry
Able to engage key stakeholders to understand industry challenges and persuade to join the advisory board/speak at the event
Ability to write concise, informative content
Thrive in a deadline driven environment
Committed team member, driven to succeed
Eligible to work in the UK and travel internationally
