Business Process Manager - Leicestershire

Zachary Daniels Recruitment are delighted to be supporting one of the UK high streets most successful retailers in the appointment of a Business Process Manager In this newly created Business Process Manager role you will report into the Head of Strategy and Transformation initially with one direct report. The key objectives of the Business Process manager is to be the custodian of business process adoption, working within a functional area to ensure business process' are designed, maintained, and meet the changing needs of the business. The Business Process Manager leads the evaluation and improvement of business process via a federated model of Business Process Partners, embedded within business functions. About you: To be considered for the role of Business Process Manager the ideal candidate will display the following: Experience of a similar role in a consumer led environment - essential Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, business administration, management or equivalent. Ideally experience in a multi-channel retail environment which includes E2E retail supply chains. Relevant work experience in business process management or process improvement Detailed knowledge of business process management principles and methodologies - Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices Six Sigma trained - not essentialPackage: A generous basic salary, car allowance, 15% bonus, pension, private medical and 33 days holiday are on offer to the successful candidate.
