Administrator (internally known as Fisheries Standard Officer) London GBPCompetitive Salary 12-month Fixed Term Contract We have an opportunity for an organised and conscientious Administrator to deliver a high-level of service and support to the Fisheries Standard Team. Organised and professional, you will coordinate team meetings and ensure documentation is kept up to date with detailed, accurate information. You will maintain all communications within the team and assist with planning events and travel. With a meticulous approach to work, you will demonstrate excellent administrative skills and will be integral to supporting the team throughout the year. Customer-focused with strong experience in an administrative role, you will be a confident and approachable, with a genuine interest in people and the ability to provide exceptional service at all times. IT literate, you will have proven experience of using Microsoft packages, including MS Word and SharePoint and will ensure that all necessary information is recorded accurately. With familiarity of managing diaries and document management, you will be adept at learning a variety of different systems and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be able to juggle a variety of tasks simultaneously and adapt to any sudden changes in the priorities, organising your own workload and working to regulated policies and procedures.
