Senior Lettings Portfolio Manager, Bristol Resolve Recruitment Services are working with a busy independent estate agent with an enviable reputation in the Bristol market. Due to continued growth, our client now seek an experienced Senior Lettings Portfolio Manager for their busy Bishopston office to provide excellent customer service whilst providing great management service to a portfolio of lettings properties across Bristol. The role: Providing the appropriate service to all landlord's properties Organise all necessary repairs, chase rents and organise tenancy renewals while liaising with the tenants and the landlord Arrange property visits as per terms of business with tenant Carry out check out and compile reports on all property check-outs Meet all goals and objectives agreed with line manager Assist and support office organisation/opening for business policy adherenceThe person: 3 years plus experience within a Lettings Portfolio Manager/Property Manager role is essential Student and HMO lettings experience is essential Customer focused - ability to provide high level of customer service in a sales driven environment Effective time management Excellent organisational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to use initiative to ensure productivity Ability to motivate self and contribute to a team Problem solving skills Delegation, follow up and feedback skills Full UK Driving License and own vehicle are preferred IT literateThe package: A good starting basic of up to GBP28,000 depending on experience and ARLA qualification Commission structure of additional GBP1.5k OTE Additional performance bonuses to be agreed Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm (no weekends or evenings) Hybrid homeworking up to 3 days per week after completion of probation period Excellent benefits Excellent induction, training and ongoing support A thriving independent business offering long-term stability and progression For more information on this exciting and rewarding Senior Lettings Portfolio Manager career please APPLY BELOW.
