A great opportunity to work for an independent firm of estate agents in their successful and busy Fleet branch as a Property Manager.
Looking after a portfolio of properties, you must be able to work and thrive in a busy environment, managing your time efficiently when handling maintenance issues and property inspections.
Good communication and written skills are required along with attention to detail, thinking out of the box, self motivated, and be comfortable working to targets.
Keeping abreast with current Property legislation you will continue to deliver an expert service to their landlords, tenants, contractors and team members.
This is a Monday to Friday position with hours 8:30am to 5pm. Holidays start at 20 plus bank holidays and you must have your own car and full driving licence to conduct office business.
If you already have experience as a Property Manager, or wish to move your lettings experience across into this area we would like to hear from you.
