Lettings Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to start work at a leading Letting Agents and Property Management firm based in Gloucester. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Branch, leading the team, developing the business, and ensuring that targets are met. You will work closely with the MD and senior management team to achieve business objectives and provide regular reports on progress. To be successful in this role you will need previous experience in management and within the residential property market. Ideally, you will be ARLA qualified, however, this is not essential to the role and you will have the opportunity to take the level 3 qualification through company funding. Technical Skills Required for the Branch Manager: Able to work effectively as part of a Senior Management Team. Train, develop and motivate a team. Strong communication skills. Recruitment, appraisal, motivating, coaching and training skills. Managing the performance of staff. Sound business acumen and understanding of financial procedures. Ability to generate ideas and identify opportunities for improvement. Strong organisational skills and good diary management. Networking skills to be able to promote the business to past, current, and potential clients. The basic salary is currently set at GBP30-34k dependant on experience plus a monthly bonus structure.
