I am working along–side a fantastic client in North Bristol, who are looking for someone to join a very small team in a Private Hospital. Who needs to be bubbly, enthusiastic, pro–active and, self motivated. Administration experience is a must! This hospital offer high quality, exclusive surgical treatments (predominately cosmetic surgery) of outstanding excellence in the perfect environment.
Main Duties:
munication with patients via phone and emailEnsuring all clinics and theatres are fully booked highlighting any gaps or cancellations to the Admin LeadEnsure first class customer service during all interactions.Providing full administrative support to the senior management teamEnsure excellent customer service is provided to all service users in a friendly and reassuring manner including providing procedural advice as appropriate.Maintain excellent patient records ensuring confidentiality, in line with GDPR legislation including adding relevant notes, histories, operation records, discharge summaries etc to ensure that a contemporaneous record of the patient pathway is recorded.Taking patient payments and ensuring processed correctlyAssist with administrative stock ordering.Provide full reception duties including scheduling appointments, receiving site visitors and front of house services.Arrange onward referrals to other health care providers; for example: – x–rays, lab tests, physical therapy, MRI's and CT scans!Liaison with other medical secretaries, departments, or Trusts to ensure continuity of care and treatment for patients between departments and sites and ensure munication between departments. This includes chasing outstanding test results in readiness for consultations.To assist in general office duties and reception work as required due to absence or annual leave.Ensure that all patient files are filed following surgery.Day to day diary management including making appointments.Effectively manage own time, workload, and resources This position is a full–time post. Working hours are varied:
6.45am – 3.15pm10.30am – 7.00pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break. Monday to Friday plus 1 Saturday morning per month.
31 days annual leave per annum (Including bank holidays)
