Care Coordinator - Bedfordshire

Utilising your experience, the Care Coordinator will be responsible for completing team rotas to ensure that the care delivered is of the highest standard. You will work with all internal teams to facilitate patient centred care that enriches the quality of our client's lives and enables them to live within their own homes whatever their abilities.
Job duties:
Liaise closely with lead coordinator or registered manager to manage recruitment needsProcess changes to customer care and support plansEnsure there is sufficient cover to deliver excellent care and support to customersUtilise IT systems to allocate care assistants, and appropriately match them to the right customerRota production and distributionMaintenance of electronic and handwritten recordsManage highly confidential and sensitive information Qualities that are advantageous:
Qualified in NVQ Level 2 or NVQ level 3 Health & Social Care desirableFull UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle desirable The salary for this role is dependent on experience however; they have a reputation of paying over market rate to attract the very best staff. There is also a very lucrative benefits package available with the role.
